Linux MPS/VPS:
------------------------------

* CPX

The CPX: Control Panel server management Web interface will be updated to version 1.6.1. This version adds support for new features and addresses several outstanding issues, including the following:

- Ability to paginate users in groups instead of on one page
- Displays a warning if Sendmail is down when composing a message
- Problems starting and stopping the SSH service
- Japanese language not displaying properly
- Problems with CGI privileges
- Timezone not displayed correctly in Webmail
- Problems viewing log files
- Issues with file paths and ownership in File Management
- Problems with setting the autoreply message

The Apache Web server will be restarted as part of this update. No action needed.

* Enhanced Webmail (beta)

Note: This is a beta release and at this time the software should not be used for mission-critical projects.

The vinstall for Enhanced Webmail will be updated to introduce support for autoreply messages and login by email address. The vinstall will also be updated to address issues with PGP encryption. To update existing installations of Enhanced Webmail, connect to your server through SSH and execute the following from the command prompt:

# vuninstall enhancedwebmail
# vinstall enhancedwebmail

* Mount

The mount system utility will be updated to address issues with file system display. No action needed.

* Compiler

The following programs and utilities associated with compilation will be updated to the noted versions. These versions introduce support for Red Hat version 5.x:

FreeBSD MPS/VPS v3:
------------------------------

* DNS

The root cache for the BIND implementation of the DNS protocol will be updated. The local caching nameserver will be restarted as part of this update. No action needed.

* CPX

The CPX: Control Panel server management Web interface will be updated to version 1.6.1. This version adds support for new features and addresses several outstanding issues, including the following:

A vuninstall for the PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor scripting language for version 4.x will be added to the system. No action needed.

* PHP 5.x

A vuninstall for the PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor scripting language for version 5.x will be added to the system. No action needed.

* Dovecot

The system will be updated to address problems with Dovecot when system time is corrected or changed. No action needed.

* Portupgrade

The Index-6.db file used by Portupgrade will be updated to reflect current packages and dependencies. Some package and port timestamps will also be updated. No action needed.

* GPG

GPG (GNU Privacy Guard or GnuPG) will be updated to version 2.0.9_2. This version brings the utility to the most current FreeBSD version. More information about version 2.0.9_2 can be found here:

• Fixed cron scheduler, so it can be set up properly.

*Updated help files
Updated the following help files:
• phpmyadmin.xml
• exporting_your_address_book.xml
• importing_an_address_book.xml
• managing_spam_and_clam_av.xml
