The following updates will be updated starting on 12-3-2008 for all Signature servers.

*Address Book Searches
• Updated code so that the results of address book searches transfer to the new Distribution List properly.

*Enhanced Feature Descriptions
• Updated the following strings to provide descriptions for features in the Control Panel:
o /usr/local/cp-v4.23/templates/default/users/aliases_web.xml
o /usr/local/cp-v4.23/templates/default/ui-forms.xsl
o /usr/local/cp-v4.23/templates/default/files/fileman.xml
o /usr/local/cp-v4.23/templates/default/website/backups.xml
o /usr/local/cp-v4.23/templates/default/account/schedule.xml

*Autoreply Updates
• Updated code so that Autoreply messages would not get cut.
• Set default Autoreply encoding to UTF-8.

*File Encoding Preferences
• Updated code so that customers could set their default File Manager encoding in Preferences, so they can have files open automatically in that file type.

*Help File Updates
• Updated the following help files to mirror updates and bug fixes in the last two releases:
o /setting_the_mail_encoding.xml
o /setting_the_outgoing_mail_options.xml
o /setting_up_a_default_autoreply_message.xml.
o /setting_the_address_book_display_options.xml
